Aint no Paula Dean Y'all

I made the best most healthy meal ever last night. It was soooo good and even J loved it! We both couldn't even tell it was "healthy". So here is what I did...

I took 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts and sprinkled them with taco seasoning (30% lower sodium). Then I seared them in a pan using nonstick olive oil Pam. Then once they were crusty I put them in a glass Pyrex dish on top of some fat free salsa and put them in the oven to bake.

While they were cooking I took fat free sour cream and mixed it with some taco seasoning to make some sort of a dip. When the chicken was done I put half a slice of cheddar cheese on top and let it melt. I then put the chicken over a bed of lettuce, put more salsa on top, and added some ww cheese and sour cream dip. Served it with fat free re fried beans. IT WAS SO GOOD! The chicken was so moist and juicy and tender. It was yum. And it was low in points too!! I didn't know exactly how much chicken I used but I always round up on my quantities to make sure I use enough points. Here is the break down:

Chicken (6) It's usually 3pts for 3oz. idk how many ounces my chicken breast was so I rounded up
FF Salsa (0)
1/2 slice of cheddar cheese (1)
lettuce (o)
ff sour cream (3) 1 pt for 1/4 cup
ww cheese (2) 1/3 a cup
ff re fried beans (4) 2pts per 1/2 cup

FOR A TOTAL OF: 16 points! And I felt like I ate alot of food! I had like 26 points left for dinner so I was able to still have a ww ice cream and I still didn't use all my points for the day!

I still haven't been working out, and that is pretty bad. I did shovel snow today lol but I know that wont make my flab go away. I need to work out at least 2 times this weekend before my weigh in on Monday!!!!
