goodbye you

So I got weighed last night, I lost.......


That is a total of 8.8lbs lost so far!! Yay!!! Gotta keep it up. It is hard at first because you want fast results, but I need to keep telling myself that this will be a long and slow process. Nothing is an easy fix, and if it is then you did it wrong! Everyone at ww says that you should expect to lose 1lb a week. So if that is the case, then I am ok with that. But of course...I will always shoot for more!!!!! So here is my goal for the week: earning my 10lb loss sticker! Only need to lose 1.2lbs. I think I can manage that! :)
