just a little skinnytaste

I finally played Dance Central last night! It was so much fun! I played for like 1.5 hours and I am feeling it a little today! It's so fun! I love kinect! The worst part is that it takes pictures of you while yuo are dancing....omg. lol


So while I am at work a recipe from skinnytaste.com is cooking in the crockpot! It takes 10 hours and will be yummy when I get home! And with 5 ww points per serving...I can enjoy as much as I want! Here is the recipe:


(1) Chopped onion (ew I had to chop this bad boy at 7:30am this morning. gag)
(1) 16oz can Black beans (I used a 15oz can)
(1) 16oz can Kidney Beans (same)
(1) 8oz can of tomato sauce (no salt added for extra healthy)
10 oz package of frozen corn
(2) 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes with chillies
(1) packet of taco seasoning
(1) tbsp of cumin ( I did not add this bc it was too expensive. and wtf is cumin anyway??)
(1) tbsp of chili powder
(3-4) Boneless skinless chicken breasts


Put all in the bottom of the crock pot, then add the chicken on top. Cook on low for 10 hours. Then when it is done, I am going to chop up some cilantro and add a cilantro tomatillo dressing also from the website! What is a tomatillo? Here is a tomatillo:







I really like how this ww thing is making me cook more. I am excited to try this healthy and awesome recipe! I am starting to really love to cook! It's the cleaning up after that I still hate.
