So I knew I wasn't going to do well at this weeks weigh in...and I didn't. I only lost .8lbs..not even a whole pound! Annoying...but I did it to myself. So I am the only one to blame. My total weight loss is 12.6lbs. Nothing to be too excited about, but this week I put myself in a mindset to try to lose 3lbs so I can hit that 15lbs mark. I will try really hard. So far so good with my eating and I hope to exercises tonight. The only positive to the last 2 weeks was that I didn't gain any weight! That in itself is a small win. So go me.
I am def somewhat disappointed in myself...but it also is great motivation to just kick some flabby ass this week!!
