I had the best workout ever yesterday! When I got off work it was soooo nice out so I had to take advantage!! I changed, put on my new awesome sneakers and started walking. Then....I RAN! Little runs like from this stop sign to the next. Or from this car to that tree. But...all in all I did 4 little runs and I pushed myself on some of them to run even farther than the tree/car/stop sign/whatever. I walked for an hour and it was about 3 miles. It felt soooo good!!
Then I came home and ate pizza.
I will have to work it off today!!!! yayyyy
