I did really bad this weekend....even after having an awesome (food wise) week. I decided not to go to the ww meeting tonight because I do not want to see a gain, and because I want to get back on track with my exercise. I want to have a good weigh in so I am going to kick my ass into gear for next week. Also...I am a little low on $$ so saving the $15 will help!
So...goals for this week: Eat healthy AND get back into my exercise routine.
