Last night was weigh in...I stayed the same. No loss, no gain. I am ok with that because I have really been messing up lately! It is my own fault that I didn't lose anything this week. I haven't been exercising at all and I stopped journaling. I am really disappointed in myself for doing that. I have come so far and I need to continue on the right path!! Today I started journaling again and I must start exercising!! They are right when they say "If you really try, ww really works. If you kinda try, it only kinda works." They are right! You only get out of ww what you put into it.
Goals this week:
- Start exercising. I want to at least walk 5/7 days this week.
- Journal. I need to journal everyday! Especially on the weekend.
- Skip the junk. I am going to try to not indulge this week a whole lot.
- Lose at least 1.2lbs so that I can reach my big ww 10% goal!!!!
Yes......losing 31 lbs brings me to my 10% goal. Now all of you smart people know how freakin fat I was 5months ago. Awesome....keep it to yourself.
