I just got back from a 45min/2.6 mile walk at 9:30am on a Saturday...and it felt SO good!
I am really trying to lose as much weight as possible!! I am so motivated right now, I really want to start running. I even tried running a bit today and it was easier than it was 2 months ago! Progress. Success. :)
I am going to try to do a little work out tonight as well...I need to burn as much as I can by Monday. I REALLY want to reach my 5lb goal!!!
