So again...its been a long time.  Oh well.

I haven't been to ww since January and I am sad to say...that I have officially gained 5lbs. BOOOO.  At least I am confident that I know why I gained and how to lose it again.  I have not completely fallen off the wagon, more like dragging a foot. I still go to the gym 3 days a week and still eat well.  I just eat terrible more often.  I am cutting back on that because I have come SO FAR and I am never ever EVER going back to where I was a year ago.

The bad things:

1. Look left. Self explanatory
2. New obsession: xbox game. Means sitting on the couch instead of getting my ass to the gym on the days I could.
3. Over eating. Cooking for one now, but eating for two? (No, not for a baby)
4. Going to the gym for Zumba but not doing weights every time.
5. Making excuses. (if I can button my 18s, they fit)
6. My face looks fatter.

The good things:
1. I go to zumba Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
2. I do still try to eat healthy 90% of the time.
3. I am excited for the nice weather to get outside and start walking again.
4. I still fit into my size 18s.
5. When I grocery shop, it's all healthy.
6. I try to incorporate veggies into my meals when I cook.
7. I am terrified of going back to where I started.

So, the good things could/should be a longer list. But it is what it is for now.

So I remember back in the day I would share new food finds that have helped me during my journey.  I would like to share some now:
Trader Joes Veggie Sticks.
Substitute for potato chips when you have to have a snack.
Little potato, tomato and spinach sticks.
Serving size is 50 so you feel like you're eating alot.

Sensible Portions Apple Straws
Sweet and taste like apple pie.
Great for a small dessert snack after lunch.

Those are the two new products I have been using alot lately. They are really great and you should check them out. YUM.

So this whole week is supposed to be in the 70s and day light savings was this weekend. What does that mean? It means my ass better be outside walking.  Or at least at the gym.
