Pleaseeeee I am begging you!
Seriously tho...it's been long enough. I can't deal with this hamstring injury anymore! At first I thought it was improving...and then me being the idiot that I am...decided it was smart to start "working out" again. Last week I went on 3, 4.5 and 2.8 mile walks 3 days in a row. Ummm.......bad idea because this week I am in so much pain and that has to be the reason why.
Note: If a doctor tells you to do/not to do something, listen.
In the end, this is all my fault. I was supposed to be resting my hamstring, icing it and taking the meds. I somewhat listened and that is why I am in the situation I am in. Today I am getting a referral to go see a specialist and I AM GOING. I need to go. I can't deal with this anymore, it needs to stop.
Weight wise...I am really struggling. I can't seem to break out of the 260s and have been here since August LAST YEAR! Terrible...totally terrible. BUT...I will not stop trying. My drive is still here and all I need is to work on my food intake and hope my hamstring heals soon.
Once my leg is better...BAM....done and done. I will bust out of the 260s and work out like a bad ass mother f*cker. Yup....went there.
Bring it. I'm ready.
