This weekend was awesome! I went HAM!!! Hard as a mother f*ckerrrrr! I decided to stay home in New Jersey to concentrate on my workouts and weightloss. It was a success (I hope)! Last weekend I did the same thing. I really need to shut out the outside world sometimes in order to stay motivated and on track.
This week I have been doing awesome with going to the gym and eating right. The only bad thing was that after running and doing zumba, my back started to hurt so I had to take rest days Thursday and Friday. Wednesday's Zumba was a lot of fun! I love that class!! It is by far one of the best and FUN workouts to do.

Saturday morning I woke up and was so motivated to hit the gym!! I really have to thank C25K for this new motivation! I LOVE having the weekly/daily sessions and completing them! On Saturday I did week 2 day 2 which was 5 min warm up walk then 90 seconds of jogging and 2 mins of walking. It was pretty easy for me to finish this day and I was going to do the day twice back to back but wanted to take it somewhat easy because of my back. Instead I walked another 30 mins with incline. It was a great sweat sesh and I felt awesome. I also did weights of course!

Sunday I also went to the gym as soon as I woke up. I just couldn't wait to run again. It's addicting!!!! I had to do week 2 day 3 which is the same as before. 5 min warm up walk then 90 seconds of jogging and 2 mins of walking. About halfway through it I accidentally hit the stop button. Hahaha I was SO mad! I had to stop running and restart everything. Booooo. But I restarted and finished the workout. I decided to keep going with the running so I did the day again!! It was amazinggggg. I was able to run both back to back. YEAH BUDDY! I felt great! Tired....but great. I was dripping sweat...I love that feeling!
I was very proud with my running and workouts this whole week! As well as my eating! I stayed on track and didn't have any cheats. I am really motivated right now and determined to keep losing weight. I have been stuck around this area for a really long time! I really just want to get into the 250's and reach over 60lbs lost. It's time!!!! I want it SO BAD!!!!!
