This is has been the worst 2 weeks ever! So many horribly bad things have happened and I have been so down about them all. Today is the day that I take my positive attitude and shove it up this week of bad luck's ass! Yeah. Buddy.
I don't want to go into detail about what bad things have happened but I am super excited to get over them and start new! Today is that day. It's Wednesday so I will be going to zumba with my favorite instructor, Trish!! Yay! I will also start to eat clean dinners again. It really is hard to stay on track without food prepping! That has got to be a main reason why I have been eating so poorly these past few weeks. It's so much easier to grab something healthy when it's right there available in your fridge. I guess I have learned how important food prepping is for me and I will def continue to do it!
This is just a short little post to update everyone that I had fallen a little off track the past few weeks but I am back! I am going to start hitting the gym 5-6x a week again! I am looking forward to it because I feel like crap! Let's do this baby!!!! The smile is back on my face! :)
