Of course this is the predictable post where I write about how I fell off track, survived the holidays and added about 10lbs of extra insulation for the winter season. It's happened, now I'm dealing with it.
It's January 2nd and you know what that means...ready to get back on track. And no...this is NOT a New Years resolution...this is just me getting back into my healthy lifestyle. I refuse to call it a resolution because it's not something I just randomly am starting at the beginning of the year...this is my lifestyle change.
Today I finally picked up a new battery for my polar and I'm anxious to start recording my heart rate and calorie burns at the gym. Tonight I will be going to my friends cardio kickboxing class and it will be a great workout! I also started back on My Fitness Pal, a great tool for logging your calorie intake and workouts.
The best part of this is that my best friends are also starting over. We were all doing so great and got a little off track...it's so wonderful that we are all getting back into it together!
Anyone else starting fresh for 2014? Nothing wrong with that!! What are your plans?!
