Gym It Up

I'm going to the gym tonight...for the first time since February 5th.

No class, no zumba, no weights.

Just me and the treadmill.  Shooting for an hour and Week 1 Day 1 of C25K.  If my back hurts...I'll stop running....maybe.  Goal is 1 hour, 500 calories.  Incline walking and slow running...here we go!!


  1. Sounds like fun! Who needs Zumba anyway - that shit's crazy. Not a fan of weights either, it makes me envision crunching joints and dislocated backs.

    1. Haha zumba is fun!! I'm a true fan of basic cardio...but adding the other stuff is fun once in a while :)

      Ugh weights....I have a hard time finding motivation to do those....
